FACILITIES MANAGER

Dramus is a proud resident and native of the Eau Claire area. He was raised on the family farm just south of the city. After completing school, he joined the maintenance team at a local country club. He managed repairs and maintenance of both the golf course equipment as well as the buildings for more than 12 years. In 2012 Dramus joined the property management team at Goldridge Companies as a Building Maintenance Technician, and in 2021 he moved into the role of Facilities Manager.

Dramus has over 20 years of experience providing and managing maintenance and repairs in commercial property. He values working with others as solutions to problems are identified and implemented. Efficient and reliable operation of our facilities is a goal he works to improve each day.
