Steven Stamm has more than 30 years of experience in each if the areas of commercial construction, real estate development, and real estate business operations. Steven continues to oversee the company’s development and construction activities. With his extensive knowledge of construction practices and his pragmatic approach to project management, Goldridge is able to consistently deliver projects ahead of schedule and under budget.

Steven has personally overseen complex projects including the development of large-scale retail, office, and mixed-use properties. His expertise and leadership have also ensured successful development of more than 1,400 hotel, senior-living, and multifamily units.

Steven has a degree in construction management.
