Kevin DeCook

Kevin DeCook has more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, spending the majority of his professional career with real estate companies. Kevin began his career with Larson Allen where he consulted on various aspects of accounting functions for numerous businesses. Prior to joining Goldridge, Kevin served as CFO and Executive Team member for Northland Buildings, a Midwest-based real estate construction and development firm. At Goldridge, Kevin oversees all financial functions of the organization, from structuring financing for new investments to managing lender relationships.

Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Winona State University and a Certified Public Accountant designation.
